Delivery Policy

1. Order Shipping

All orders are prepared and shipped by SmileFix , operated by POWER E2MN .

  • Delivery area: Metropolitan France, French overseas departments and territories and the European Union.

  • Preparation time: 1 to 2 working days after order confirmation.

    • 2 to 5 business days for mainland France

    • 5 to 10 business days for international orders

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the carriers or periods of high demand (sales, holidays, etc.).

2. Carriers and tracking

Deliveries are handled by our partners: La Poste, Colissimo, Mondial Relay, Chronopost or another carrier depending on the choice offered to the customer.

A tracking number is automatically sent by email as soon as the shipment is dispatched.

3. Delivery costs

Delivery charges are indicated at the time of ordering before payment confirmation.

Free delivery may be offered above a certain purchase amount , depending on current promotional offers.

4. Package delays or loss

In case of delay or loss, the customer should contact our customer service at: contact@smilefix.fr .

We will open an investigation with the carrier.

No refunds will be issued until this investigation is complete.

5. Incorrect or incomplete address

The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

In the event of the return of the package due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

6. Receiving the package

Upon receipt, the customer must check the condition of the package.

In case of an anomaly (damaged or opened package, missing item), he must report it immediately to the carrier and to contact@smilefix.fr within 48 hours maximum with supporting photos.
