2. Purpose
These terms and conditions govern sales made on the website www.smilefix.fr between POWER E2MN and any individual consumer. Any order placed on the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. Products
The products offered are described and photographed with care. The images are provided for illustrative purposes and may show slight differences from the actual product.
4. Price
Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT). Delivery costs are shown before order confirmation.
SmileFix reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products are billed based on the price in effect at the time of the order.
5. Order
Any order placed on the website www.smilefix.fr implies an obligation to pay.
The customer receives a confirmation email after the order is validated.
SmileFix reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a dispute, suspicion of fraud or non-payment.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods are: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, or any other method offered in the store.
Transactions are secured via Shopify Payments and PayPal . No banking information is stored by SmileFix.
7. Delivery
Deliveries are made according to the terms specified in our Shipping Policy .
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier or the period of activity.
In case of delay or loss, the customer should contact contact@smilefix.fr .
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without reason or penalty.
To do this, the customer must send an email to contact@smilefix.fr with their order number.
Products must be returned new, unused and in their original packaging .
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned package.
9. Legal Guarantees
The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).
In case of a defective product, the customer should contact contact@smilefix.fr .
10. Responsibility
POWER E2MN cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of purchased products or use not in accordance with the instructions.
11. Personal data
The data collected during orders is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy available on the website.
12. Intellectual Property
All elements of the website www.smilefix.fr (texts, visuals, logos, graphic charter, structure) are the exclusive property of POWER E2MN .
Any reproduction, distribution or exploitation without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
13. Applicable Law and Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by French law .
In the event of a dispute, the client agrees to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action. Failing that, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
